IPSSL spearheads the Medical Wings program, which was organized to make aero medical transportation with excellent safety and in-flight medical standards. Medical Evacuation Flight & Services is offered by Medical Wings, Siam Land Flying Company Limited, Service Partner of IPSSL.

Medical Wings operates US made high-speed fleets that run above 25,000 feet over severe weather and turbulence, providing a smooth and comfortable ride.

Prior to every mission, the medical team contacts the patients and coordinates them with the physicians in-charge and the medical team on board to ensure on-time and hassle free bed-to-bed transfer of the patients to the designated hospital. The team also conducts pre-flight briefings to ensure smooth operations.

Flights are operated in fully pressurized cabins suited for patients crucial medical requirements such as: ISCHAEMIC Heart attack, Emphysema, Brain injuries etc.
